Appointments are made within a week of purchasing your product. Subject to availability of ELECTRA delivery vehicles. An SMS will be sent to you to confirm the day and the time slot of your delivery.

Before taking your package and signing on the delivery note, check the condition of the outer of your package. If you notice damage on the packaging, we invite you to make specific reservations on the delivery slip (torn packaging, pressed cardboard, etc.).
The delivery of the package to the interior of your home or office will be carried out by ELECTRA “delivery” teams. We invite you to carefully measure the different access points to receive your package(s). Any damage that occurs during this handling is the sole responsibility of the customer or his agents.
ELECTRA products are easy to assemble and do not require any special tools. If the furniture is delivered to you disassembled, the ELECTRA deliverymen can assemble your furniture the same day of delivery. Most products can benefit from the mounting service.
